This individual did not even have a license to rent the apartment out he rented to me. He also had a long history with Landi. When I moved in he told me his name was Steve and that he lived away from the property and the menagerie of items in the laundry room(primarily garage items) belonged to another tenant and he would have them removed. Well low and behold he actually was the tenant who lived upstairs and all the junk in the laundry room was his and it is still here to this day and when I needed an electrician to come and put a ceiling fan in for me I had to beg him to move his items. He is one of the worst property managers in the city of Philadelphia.
