Lived in the unit for two years and honestly had a great experience. Yuval was super easy to work with—always responsive, respectful, and quick to take care of any issues that came up (which were rare). The place was in great shape when I moved in and stayed that way. Just a solid dude and a great landlord overall. Would definitely rent from him again.

We rented in Brewerytown for 2 years for my wife's internship in Philly and unfortunately relocated out of town for work opportunities thereafter. Couldn't have been happier with our housing choice in Philly. We loved Brewerytown and made some great friends. Maintenance issues were addressed promptly and Yuval & Team were courteous.

He's really great. He even facetimed with me once to help me find the electric panel and flip a breaker lol

I can't speak highly enough of Yuval and how straightforward our relationship has been. I've been renting for 12+ years and I've come to expect very little of landlords based on one disappointment after another, but with Yuval it's really been great and I would only consider moving if my job situation required so or if I outgrew my space.
