I would definitely not recommend renting from her. There’s no privacy, the neighbors call her for everything. She steals packages then lies about it. Tries to bring other people into the lease to try and threaten you. Demands money like the second it turns to the due date. Always shows up because she lives down the street not to mention the house is horrible with its power. I couldn’t wash a load of laundry and warm up something in the microwave. She’s ridiculous. She evn went out of her way to make it extremely difficult to move swore she needed to be there and was constantly sharing to much information of herself
