STAY AWAY. Would paint the apartment downstairs w/o venting at all, causing pets to inhale paint fumes all day.. Maintenance people were told every time call before entering, did not even once. Maintenance left water dripping into the wall in bathroom for weeks. Do not trust a signed lease, they will violate it in a heartbeat.
