William was a bad communicator and kept part of our deposit even though we left the apartment cleaner than it was when we moved in. I would not recommend renting from him at all.

William was the best landlord I've ever had. The property was a house and when the water heater burst he came right over with huge fans to dry the carpet and had it replaced the next day. Same thing when the washer died. Anything I needed, he would send over contractors right away and tell them to do whatever I asked. He was so helpful and we got along great. I wish I still lived there!
