I found Wham Properties when I was searching for a new apartment. I contacted them about some of their listing. "Ben" emailed me back and asked me to fill out a tenant questionnaire so they could get information about what I am looking for. Their website allows you to fill out applications as well. The never email you back and their number listed is wrong. The person who texts back and answers will tell you that you have the wrong number. Rental scam! Stay away!!!
