good place to live

I was so lucky to get my deposit back but after 4 months. But most students, especially international, could not get their full deposit back. Usually, it takes half year to get the partial deposit back. The manager there is so mean and will out of office sometimes during office hour, which is very inconvenient. I had to admit, the apt is nice. So beg for the landlord, change another manager.
