I grew up here. There are rats , roaches from other apts because not everyone keeps their apt clean so unfortunately everyone else has to suffer. The security is top notch, the staff is top notch, parking is always available, dishawasher, pool, library across the st, bus and train station across the street. Local stores and the court and police station and schools nearby. This is actually the best by far in Hempstead. The neighbors are friendly, a great apt community. Love it.
