Toth Properties has by far been the worst renting experience of my life. All they care about is getting the money in their pockets. It’s takes a year for the maintenance man to come and even look at anything let alone “fix” it, the basement flooded all 3 years we lived there, there is exposed wires and electrical boxes hanging out all over the house, we got sand fleas every summer we lived there for 3 years, no one has been living at the house for over a month and it is infested with fleas again, there are carpet tacks sticking out of the carpet all over the place that will cut your feet open, 90% of the doors don’t work properly, 100% of the windows are older than dirt and don’t work properly. Tina panghorn will always be out of the office when you need anything and you will not get a response at all. The rent is overpriced for the house in the location and the shape that it is. I have pictures to prove everything. They want your bank info to pull the rent without you being involved.
