Water leaked from 3rd room, gutters leaked causing water and moisture to this walkout basement. When reported water leaked asked me to use a fan and no reply on fixing the basement. When rent is needed especially when selling the home quick to make sure we have their bank account but not quick to supply the demand of services needed from 11/22/2013 to present .. enough money to invest.
