Terrible experience

Todd Joseph destroyed the blue streak which could've been easily saved. He is a conman who bought Conneaut Lake Park, promised to restore it, then burned the blue streak and fled back to Philadelphia. Did not announce prior to the Blue Streak's demise that it would be closing. Is refusing to do another haunted house season at Conneaut Lake. You are unamerican and just a heartless husk. Shame on you, Todd Joseph! Destroyer!

This is about Keldon Holdings LLC itself. The owner, Todd Joseph has been taken to court multiple times for breaking terms and illegally obstructing a homeowner's view. He also demolished the Blue Streak roller coaster and a majority of Conneaut Lake Park after telling the public he would restore it. Very nasty when speaking to park-goers who asked about the park. Please do yourself a favor and don't risk dealing with this greedy corrupt agency.

The man demolished the park next door right after I moved in. The park was the entire reason I rented the property. He is selfish and narcissistic. Avoid at all costs.

Lying piece of garbage lied about saving Conneaut Lake Park, And has destroyed a piece by piece and is currently tearing down the 85 year old Blue Streak roller coaster. He destroyed the park, he got what he wanted, empty land to build his ***** condos. I hope Hero Todd burns in ***** for eternity once he gets there.

Todd Joseph is a slumlord!! Do not rent from him or support his delaminated park he ran into the ground. He’s a ***** human being period.

He makes my skin crawl. Highly do not recommend.

He’s decent in person, but a terrible landlord. He doesn’t respond to messages, and maintenance issues take several days to resolve if at all. Rodents were a constant occurrence and the front door would never securely close. He will take your security deposit and then charge you thousands of dollars for unjustified “damages” at overinflated costs. He’s a scam artist that changes the name of his company frequently to prevent his heinous reputation from following him. Do not rent from him unless you like living in a pest infested unit constructed of plywood and paper mache. This north philly slum lord takes advantage of college students and will try to overcharge you for anything he can.
