Tim was awful. We didn’t have a proper number to reach him for the first two years, nor did we ever meet him in person. The only time he contacted us was for a rent increase, with only a week’s notice, and we never got in writing. Upon the rent increase, Tim promised to fix multiple issues, which he did not. The dryer was broken when we moved in and never fixed in the three years we lived there. We had a leak in the ceiling in the kitchen which was semi-fixed, but not really. The leak in the kitchen led to an outlet beneath it blowing out, which is a fire hazard, and was never fixed after it went out. Tim is a criminal and a slumlord, avoid him at all costs.

This experience was from 2018 at the 1931 S. Beechwood St. and I will never EVER forget it. Anything promised regarding maintenance was never fixed. I had an eviction before renting this place and Tim would threaten to evict me anytime I needed a maintenance request. The toilet did not work. There was stuff in our toilet for two months straight. I ended up having to get a lawyer and settle out of the lease. I kept my end of the agreement my deposit was never returned. DO NOT TRUST.

This man is a dirtball. Seems nice when you first move in, then youre on your own. Day 2, washer and dryer broke, and 5 roof leaked, and 9, water was shut off for non payment. HE NEVER RESPONDED FOR 3 WEEKS!!!!!!!! The W/D still broken, even tho its in lease. He had some guy patch over the leak from the INSIDE and it now leaks again. Haven't experienced anything so bad in my life. He is awful and non responsive. BEWARE!! Google him before you rent from him!

The worst landlord I've ever had by far. Untrustworthy and unresponsive to important maintenance issues related to health and safety, among many other issues with him as a landlord. His reputation is terrible and Google-able. Absolutely avoid him as a landlord (and a person).
