This property is amazing! The building itself is fabulous, clean, and well run. Have loved living at Three20!!!

The location is unparalleled, every property manager was fantastic, I never needed to call maintenance, and it was clean. It’s nice to be in Cap Hill without having to live next to the madness of Cap Hill.
