Overall, I really enjoyed living at The Southmore. The property is beautiful with amazing amenities, views, and a really involved property management team. They regularly hosted monthly social events so we could meet other residents while also sampling local goodies made by small businesses in the area. It was really thoughtful. The building has valet parking, including complimentary parking for guests/visitors, which is really nice. The maintenance team is super responsive, and they quickly respond to service requests. Unfortunately, I lived in the property during the ice storm of 2021, and I think it caused some leaks in the building that eventually led to mold developing in my unit that caused my son to become extremely sick. They did allow me to break my lease early and move out, which I thought was very helpful and considerate.

Friendly staff and high end apartments in an area with a bunch of shops and restaurants. A really unique place to live!

The Southmore is a hidden retreat. The property is chic and gorgeous, the staff is amazing! The neighborhood restaurants which are walking distance are fabulous!

Attention to detail at this building is unparalleled by any other highrise in Houston. Great location in Museum District.

Water shut off every month with very short time notice. The parking garage need to be cleaned. Some residents are very noisy and having a party in their room after mid-night.

The new manager has been extremely helpful in resolving my issues. The location and amenities this place has to offer are fabulous. I highly recommend moving here.

Great community with great amenities very clean very professional. Has been a great transition moving here. Our dog loves it too. The ballet service is efficient it is very pet friendly. The pool and gym are wonderful.
