The apartment units are very nice and spacious. The team is also responsive if anything comes up. I also get along with my neighbors and I can see the management team has been doing more over the past year to try and bring residents together more.

Management was very helpful in resolving an issue regarding us and our unit.

Having a bar as a tenant on the first floor, however, has been terrible. The truly offensive level of noise from the frequent parties advertised as “everyone welcome” is just the tip of the iceberg. Although other tenants/residents must come down to the lobby to admit their friends and family to the lobby, no such requirement exists for anyone claiming to be attending a party. Partygoers have unrestricted and unsupervised access to the lobby, bathroom and basement. They use the lobby as a hangout and dining area leaving their mess for others to clean up. On occasion they have challenged and threatened residents of the building necessitating police being called. This atmosphere is dangerous and hardly what a building charging top dollar rates for apartments should allow.
