Very secure building with a secure parking lot, and very quiet residents. Only a few minor issues at move in that were resolved within a week. Currently no issues and I am enjoying living here so far.

The building is. Beautiful old building. Maintenance does a poor job at removing snow from the entry ways. The buzzer system is dated, and the external entry doors do not always lock. There is also not a true mailroom and there have been issues with packages being stolen. The whole building shares got water as well and there are regular instances where the hot water will be out close to an hour. They raise their prices every year, yet nothing improves.

I've never had a problem. They have always been amazing.

Overall it is a decent place to live.
