Management doesn't care, it isn't a safe building, and it's way too expensive for what you're getting. The building is located quite literally right next to a skatepark, so noise is off the charts. Break-ins are constant. At least 3 times a month, people from the skatepark have come into the building and would smoke in the stairway, which would cause the building's main fire alarm to go off. Because of the constant break-ins, package theft is almost guaranteed if it sits out in the mailroom.
