They provide so many amenities for their residents. Macs in the business center, printers, bikes, A THEATER, pool table, A POOL...anyone bitching is doing just that, bitching. This place is actually pretty good. I'm a grad student and am very meticulous with things and have no real problems. The noise isn't too bad to me. I guess it all comes down to preference. I'd recommend giving the place a solid shot. I think you'll like it.

Too pricey for the area it's in. Nearly $1000 more than it should be. The light rail is also crazy! Sooo loud!! Avoid this building at all costs.
