The townhouses are very average, and the quality of construction is poor. The contractors cut many corners. Owing to the constant construction, including weekends and up to 11:00 p.m., it is very noisy. The management company, Susquehanna Valley Rentals, are off site and seldom visit the development, and thus do not enforce their own regulations. The townhouses themselves are decent to live in for rentals and have nice floor plans. I would NEVER buy one of these units though - too poorly constructed. You could live in better places. You could live in worse places. Ok for a transitional stay.
