Do not rent from this landlord. He did not follow the rules of the HOA when renting his property and caused nothing but issues for the tenants. He illegally evicted us all without warning and kept our security deposit to pay the HOA penalty fees he had received which we are not responsible for. During my stay he was renting to a raging-alcoholic that caused nothing but issues. He refuses to give my security deposit back and I have to sue to try to get back. Avoid Wade Ownley!!!!!!
