Always felt as if the landlord was doing us a favor by renting to us and she was too busy or too good to talk to us. She would always have us call service companies if we needed to get anything done because she never seemed to want to lower herself to do the dirty work of having to call a company for service ( I.e. Electrician, pest control, handyman, etc) and then she would get upset because she didn't want to pay for it.
