Good luck getting your security deposit back. While I resided there, multiple reported issues went unanswered. Every day was something else, from a smelly unwrapped mattress left outside my door for weeks, to a broken toilet for months, to a sink that leaked all over the floor that took over a month to fix. Cracked grout in the bathroom led to insects and bugs coming out at night. Totally disgusting. Often times there would be furniture and construction equipment just left out in the halls. Stay away from this building. If you live here, make sure you keep your security deposit receipt and make sure the landlord put your money into a dedicated interest-bearing account and that you have the paperwork like the law says. Currently suing the company b/c they won't return the security deposit. Paid on time every month for years. Landlord will apparently retaliate against you if you do not let him in to show the place to prospective tenants. STAY AWAY.
