It was an awful experience. Walked into the basement unit and it was flooded. Other pipes were found to be leaking behind the shower and the wall visually rotting, and the landlord would refuse to do anything and stated it was condensation. I found cockroaches and was told that bugs are to be expected in a basement unit and are a part of life. He lied in the listing about aspects of the property and appliances and uses old photographs from when the property was in good shape.
