Stateview management has been one of the worst companies I’ve ever encountered. We had countless issues in the apartment: ie ceiling collapsed TWICE, basement flooded, and various other issues. However, Stateview was never quick to help. In fact, there were multiple instances it would take several days to hear a response or get assistance with our issues in the building. When our ceiling collapsed the first time due to a water heater exploding, we had to call them multiple times to get them to help. Even when we did, they told us to make a ticket on the website. However, I am not sure what difference that would make since we already brought it to your attention when calling. They also had no sympathy with our situation since we moved into the apartment in a poor condition but took it as is. They made us take out furniture that wasn’t ours and was left by the prior owner, causing a lot of unnecessary stress on us. They also charged us for “wall damages” that were there when we moved in.
Rachel is rude in her emails and takes days on end to respond. Getting anything fixed takes days no matter how affected you are by the damage. Money hungry and will charge you for anything.
