Silver City does not care about their tenants. They only care about collecting rent money. They do no upkeep to the apartment building and do not respond to tenants. They regularly come in unannounced and try to lie about the reasoning. The only time they will get in contact with their tenants is if there is an issue getting their money. They are sneaky, greedy, cheap, liars. Stay away.
