Great units, awful management. Great the first year, then took a radical nosedive. Maintenance issues are a game. They’ll keep coming to look but rarely does anything actuallY get fixed. More roof leaks than the Titanic. No cleaning of common areas for more than 15 months. Laundry room has old machines. Intercom has never worked. Every time a guest comes the tenant either gives the code or has to walk down to open the doors. Definitely not good stewards of historic buildings.
