RENTER BEWARE

Do not rent from this man. This was the worst year of my life. He constantly would drive by the condo and then text me questions asking about things he saw from the outside. He never came to do any repairs when asked. He never gave me a HOA handbook as requested. He is shady about the parking situation and won’t give you a straight answer bc as it turns you can’t have a parking spot like he says. My car was towed numerous times. He made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. He used my entire deposit to redo the bathrooms. Do not rent from this man. Beware
