Rent is relatively cheap so the price is fair. The biggest complaint about this property is that the landlord lives in the house. He sleeps on a futon in the basement living room. There are multiple rooms in the house but he fills them up with tenants instead. His bed is literally two feet away from someone’s door to their room. We all have to walk past his “bedroom” just to do laundry. On top of that if he notices anything is ***** then he sends out belittling group texts assigning us to clean.
