For 5 months I had to deal with constant noise from the neighbors above me between 11pm-3am. I made many complaints to Jean Jordan she never resolved the problem. Flea infestation she never resolved Animal trapped in AC never resolved Dead animal smell when I moved out the apartment She broke multiple lease terms and allowed these people to do the same unattended dog and dog feces around the perimeter of the unit I was renting. To top things off she won't return my deposit.
