Absolutely unprofessional. Jovanna is rude and nasty and doesn't know professionalism, I was told is because Jovanna is related to the manager and can do whatever she wants. Nobody knows who the manager is but Jovanna is so ratchet and unprofessional. why is she fixing her mistakes? Oh because Jovanna can do whatever she wants. Jessica has to fix her mistakes because she's not related to Joanne that's right. Jovanna is entitled to treat others as she pleased. Lady have to learn manners

The maintenance is something that is non-existent. In may, we reported that our dryer wasn’t working. A day or two later, a maintenance person came, opened up the dryers electrical components, then left and said a part needed ordered. Three months later, when I started complained that the dryer was sparking and electrocuting me when I was trying to unplug it, they actually came back. They swapped our dryers, but never actually installed it. very cheap fixtures were installed throughout it

The office hours posted are never followed. It is more likely to go to the office, during office hours, and find the office closed than open. The real big issue with this, is mail packages get delivered to the office. Right now, my pregnant wife is without her insulin delivery system due to the office being closed on Friday. I Guess emergencies waits till Monday

This place is an unbelievable joke! To start with the most serious, RENT. When I arrived here 8 months ago, my rent was around $1,800 for a two bedroom. All of a sudden, without any notification, my rent was increased $300 a month.No reason has been given for the increase, even when asked. I am now beginning to hear my neighbors got hit with the same increase. The weird part is, if you go to their website right now now, the rent advertised is drastically less than what they are forcing me to pay

I'm very happy my lease is ending soon. I just hate how management act so caring at the beginning and nice, then all the ladies at the office act like as*** specially Jovanna, she thinks she is entitled to the place and to treat others as she wants. The attitude of management is very unprofessional and their gossiping behavior is so out of hands. This new management does absolutely nothing about their employees and they still hired them even when they won't improve

Well I just moved here about 3 months ago. And I have paid so many different rent amounts. Roaches yes. I put in a maintenance request two weeks ago and I’m waiting. But yet again I see a lot of maintenance driving around and those little cars throughout the whole day and have not came to my apartment yet. Office never answer the phone.

Do not apply here even if you are extremely desperate, they will take your money and never talk to you. They’ll promise a refund and never deliver. I can’t imagine how they’d act as your landlord when this is how they act while you aren’t under their thumb. Avoid at ALL costs. I'm warning you if they don't take your money now they will take it when you move out, claim for damages you never did or even if you didn't have professionals clean their carpet when it's required to do so

I did my application along with my girlfriends on an apartment that is available. After the 300 dollars in application fees, they will not return my calls or emails to tell me if I’m even approved! Don’t bother with them. Plenty of other companies who will actually do what they are supposed to when you pay them. Been 6 weeks since the application submitted and I was supposed to have an answer the next day. Waste of money

Management is never understanding, I requested pest control for the previous 2 month and nobody showed up. I have been dealing with roaches everywhere. I can't even sleep good because they are on my furniture and even crawling on my bed. I don't wish this experience on anyone. Now, I'm dealing with loud and noisy neighbors they don't mind their own business. They have these arguments late at night that keep me awake, it's around 3 in the morning and I can hear them. Management seems nice at first to get your attention and foot into the apartments then they change their attitude once you sign the lease. Jovanna Rivera changed her attitude with me after 2 months living there, she seem like a nice person then she started getting attitude with me and became the worst person ever. She thinks she is the owner of the complex. Horrible attitude and she has this FAKE attitude to get 5 star reviews and writes fakes reviews herself whenever she gets the chance.
