Ron gifford seemed like a perfect landlord hes a pastor at a church claims to be a good Christian and he owns a construction business you wouldn't imagine what a slum lord he is. Imagine taking a bath falling through your floor after conplaining that the tub wasnt stable for over a year. The floors were filled with holes. The roof leaked terribly and it wasn't even rain it was the a.c. which drained into my ceiling and walls for over 2 years and he never fixed it. I guess i was lucky many tenants did not have roofs at all for several months and were forced into having fix it themselves but ron being a good christian charged tenants who did repairs because they couldn't wait any longer. The lady he has taking rent is a racist old bat who doesn't hide the fact that rons a slum lord she even tells his tenants that they won't beat him because he has a team of lawyers and he pays off code enforcement to ignore tenants and pass his property's inspections. When i finally got fed up my floor was half gone my ceiling and walls were filled with mold me and my kids were having health issues and the ac finally quit working causong the tempeture to be high 90s inside the house and the windows did not open they were all sealed shut. The house was a total fire hazard with all the water and electric issues. He only helps his renters who go to his church he doesn't care about anyone who is not part of his flock ive seen good families thrown on the streets and threatened by his staff with dcf while addicts who never paid attention to their kids and owed him hundreds went unbothered just because they went to his church. Him and his staff are bullies they take advange of the poor and disabled and they straight out abuse tenants with everything from racial slurs to threats of lawyers or even losing their kids because they'll file false reports. They hide nothing about who they are once you rent from them.
