They are the worst at communication and we received charges for things that they had done without prior knowledge or agreement. Repairs were never finished if they came at all. Siding had fallen off the house and was left in the driveway, sewage was never cleaned up in the basement from a backup this winter, and our outlet did not work properly. To top it all off while trying to explain the issues we were having to them( took a week to talk to someone directly) we were swore at on the phone by one of their representatives and treated very unprofessionally. DO NOT RENT FROM ROE RENTALS!
