He has a gambling problem and will rent to you without a lease. He will try to make you believe that because you don't have a lease you don't have any rights. If you get into a disagreement with him he will turn off any amenities that he has given to you as a renter. He screams and hollers at tenants like a child and has no respect for them. Mismanagement of his own finances has him on edge and he takes this out on his tenants.
