Please stay away. He is very rude and condescending. His wife is Jane Plumlee there are not legally married but claim to be. They run a scam. Google them open lawsuits everywhere. I have 6 more months of my lease and I will be free. Don't rent from them.

Rasoul Saneifard and his wife Jane Plumlee are the hardest people to deal with and rent from. I pray no one leases from them. It is for your own best interests. Not sure why Respect shows 5.0 but that man enjoys belittling people. He never shows respect. He will put his hand up while you're speaking to "quiet" you. He rides by the property all hours of the night. He is hell.
