I recently moved into one of their properties, and I have to say, the entire application and move-in process was outstanding. the Application process was very straightforward and their online system is very user friendly. Communication was great I appreciated the quick response time from the Moment i expressed interest in the property. My leasing Agent ( Jennifer) was excellent provided all the necessary information promptly and kept me updated throughout each step. Move in day was a breezy the apartment was ready and spotless and move in ready. over all I am very happy with my experience and my new apartment.

They purchased the property I lived on and it all went down hill! People who lived there years left and quickly! I wouldn’t ask my worst enemy to rent from these slum lords! The other reviews did NOT lie they refuse to fix things in a timely fashion. If at all! Very rude & unprofessional by harassing and belittling tenants. Illegally placing cameras at peoples doors and facing their windows! Trying to monitor your visiting friends and family! Refuse to fix leaks due to bad roofing jobs ! plumbing messed up multiple times a month! I moved to another state because I’ve been traumatized by this company! I suggest anyone who rents from this poor excuse of an LLC to get out before it starts to cost you! No you won’t get your deposit back! DO NOT PAY THEM RENT IF YOU ARE MOVING! They will try to get money out of you any way possible! They don’t care if you have kids! They don’t care if you’re disabled! They are EXTREMELY PREJUDICED! They just aren’t great people !

David won't refund any deposit regardles...
David won't refund any deposit regardless of the condition of the apartment, we cleaned and scrubbed the apartment to make sure it is in perfect condition, and when we asked for the deposit David said that we did more damage to the apartment, and we actually owe him money. best advise for you as his tenant is not to pay your last month rent so you use your deposit, or if you want to rent from him just don't rent and look somewhere else. Again don't pay him last month or last 2 months rent as he won't refund you any of your original deposit.
