They don't maintain the appliances in the building - we lived at 200 christopher columbus dr for 2 years and in the time span, the A/C broke for days, the oven broke once and is currently still broken and the dishwasher broke. Also, their notice for leaving is ridiculous - you have to give 60 days notice. Even after paying month to month, with no new contract signed. Otherwise you don't get your deposit back. The actual old white man who is Pronti, also just saw me at their office door - waiting because it's covid time, and shouted, "I don't know - some Asian girl is at the door." So yeah - happy to leave this apartment to stop giving money or help this guy get any more of my money. The reality is their actual service is bad. They're not responsive and take forever to fix things and it is consistent.
