We rented from Philly PMG for 3 years. The building constantly leaked, there was always loud construction sounds from other units, and they did not return our full security deposit under false pretenses. Terrible landlords, would never recommend.

This company is absolute trash, steer clear of them. They are incompetent, rude and behave like doing their job is like doing a favor for you. Their maintenance people, Angela and Liza are the worst human beings on this planet...

Total crooks that wrote an ambiguous lease and because of that, completely stiffed me on my security deposit (despite it being left in better condition than when I moved in). Also, in years 2 and 3 tried to sneak new language into the lease during re-sign that included tenants being responsible for paying for repairs to the unit and being responsible for repairing/replacing any appliances that broke during your tenancy. They are terrible, terrible people and I would avoid them at absolutely any cost going forward.
