Do not rent from this company if you can help it. They're fine until maintenance issues come up - then very little communication, and they will send out the least helpful person 5 times before sending someone who can actually fix the issue. My roommate and I had to threaten to go to L&I before they finally agreed to fix the mold/leaking issue in our basement that was affecting the entire foundation of the house.

Never buy, lease, or rent from Plummer. They absolute ***** on their costumers. We moved in during the heat of the summer and no central air was working. The previous tenant which was verified by Plummer provided us with false information which was thus backed up by the company. We also learned the air issue was suppose to be fixed in advance. They will leave you high and dry and covered in insects.
