The apartment was clean. The design is not bad for the price. He takes care of the apartments. But heat could be a HASSLE. I had to email him once a while complaining about the heat. :/ and sometimes he brought excuses but fixed it which only worked for a few weeks. Also, he only shares his store's number and you only can call during working hours (if he picks up the phone) to talk to him.
