move-in date was moved multiple times. When issues like pipes freezing for properties on our street, there was no contact or replies for 3 days. Later found out it was because they didn’t insulate the exposed pipes. Todd (property manager) lied MULTIPLE times about my security deposit and move out charges. We had everything worked out & I was told I’d get my entire deposit back. Instead, I was charged $1200 with no explanation. He hides behind phone calls where it’s your word against his & LIES

Lying and unprofessional are the top two ways to describe PBS Properties. Returned our deposit back past 60 day mark with deductions even after they had promised our full deposit back. They ***** us around and made us go month to month for 6 months until we finally got word that they would extend our lease. The house we moved into was filthy! That included cat ***** on the walls and the house smelled like urine. They did nothing for us and we severely regret going through them. I'm so thankful I didn't use them for buying our house. Bob Maize is definitely no one you want to do business with.
