I asked to have major appliances fixed and wasps removed. Paul said he'd take care of it for months but never did. I asked over and over and over, by phone and email, politely for the first few months and then insistently. When I finally told him I'd withhold my rent until he made the place livable, he posted an illegal eviction notice on my door. (I got a lawyer and was not evicted.) He also mass emailed the building's other tenants to say nasty things about me and claim that I didn't pay my rent, which was a lie. On top of that, he kept my security deposit even though I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in. Totally unprofessional! Do NOT trust this man!!! He seems very nice at first but he'll take you for a ride.
