As a new resident of Parc on Powell, I have been pleased overall with our apartment. We were able to get a large apartment for a reasonable price considering the comparable neighborhood rates. The community features a heated pool, a spa, a grill, a dog spa, a gym, a community room, assigned garage parking, and outdoor patios.
