I have rented from them for about 2 years. Have not had any problems. I wasn't used to the black light they use for pet inspections, but didn't have any problems during or after the inspection because of it. I keep renewing my list annually because in Boise, Idaho rental prices are going up alot and fast. They have been fair in the rent increases, my friends in other homes had rent go up as much as $175/mo, mine increased by $50.00. They are easiest to reach by text.
