I have been a resident at Onyx Management property since September 2014 and I really love how everyone in their office has been considerate of my needs. When looking for an apartment to lease, things can get hectic, especially when you have a deadline to move out from your current apartment. I had great luck with Onyx Management. They helped me expedite the process for my lease and met me at the property multiple times during the lease process. They were very helpful and informative. Provided me with all the contacts name and numbers I needed for rent payments and maintenance requests. After moving in, I addressed that the bathroom sink was draining slowly and the plumber was sent the same day to fix it.
