Like another housing, pretty quiet for the most part. They are doing a lot of renovating. Finally fixing the staircases, apartments. Hopefully they will fix the elevators but they aren't broken that much in the winter. Summer they break every other hour.

I see some changes being made which are exciting — the vents in the bathroom were finally cleaned after who knows how long. We need new elevators — they break down a lot and we have 1,000+ people living here, which is inconvenient. I hope more changes are to come, I have relatives in a west farm development that was renovated and I hope the same can be done for here. Other than that I love my neighbors and this NYCHA development is not as bad as others, people who live here rarely want to leave.

My apartment is a nice apartment but I need work on the apartment, my floor titles have water damage and my cabinets are roach infested.
