These are some of the things that are broken in our apartment the air conditioner was installed above a heater causing the air conditioning to warp and melt, the dishwasher won’t drain so water builts up in it and causes black mold, the shower door fell off the bathroom fan doesn’t work the bathroom heater switch is broken the walls are cracking, no heat in our bedroom the windows don’t seal so when it rains water comes inside the windows and the washer and dryers don’t work and the stove doesn’t really work and he charges $700 basically ripping everyone off

I’d say if your looking for a apartment that’s decent the lark apartments in Yakima,wa aren’t it he doesn’t fix anything in the apartment the pics above are just some of the things that are broken not to mention the carpet is nasty and needs replaced and the washer and dryer downstairs doesn’t work and is ***** and dusty and he charges almost $700 a month and fixes nothing so whatever you do do not rent from him !!!
