The Landlord Neysa Vargas is a hot tempered pain in the *****-*****. She's reluctant to put anything in writing and took almost the entirety of multiple tenants' security deposit. She'll also weirdly text you pictures of the sewage coming from the apartment, pointing out that there is, in fact, ***** matter coming through the sewage (I'm not sure where else that stuff should go). She yelled at multiple tenants without giving anyone room to speak. Also, the building had bedbugs and she tried to have the tenants pay for extermination when legally she's required to. Generally, she's a nightmare. Good place though. Would recommend. 13/10
