Overall not a bad living situation, we pay our rent and for the most part live in peace. But there’s a lot wrong with the place and it often takes a while to get things fixed. Also MVP doesn’t exist anymore. The property manager skipped town for what I assume was major debt issues. We now pay Plutushen Properties which apparently doesn’t exist either.

Took him to court, won, still no response, sheriff involved, he still won't respond and moved his office.....still on the hunt for the elusive con artist

Took them to court and the judgement was in our favor- he should have returned the money. He even said he would in a text and then didn't. Moving forward with the next step in the legal process. Do not deal with them.

This guys is a slimeball and left with all of our money

He kept the deposit even though the apartment was vacated. Ignored emails and texts. This has been going on for 4 months. Taking legal action. If anyone had similar experience please send me an email to lrv459@gmail.com.
