The Murray Hill Marquis is a fantastic place to live! I love this building and would totally recommend it if anyone was looking for a new rental in Murray Hill.

I really love living here! The staff is amazing, always very responsive and helpful with anything I need. It is really central to everything, and the building is very well maintained. I would recommend this as a home to anyone.

All in all can't complain. The prices are very high, but the building does work with you to bring your rent down on a bursting rental market. I did have an issue once where they let my brother in without my permission in the late hours of the night when no one was home. Obviously, because it was my brother, I was not as angry as I could have been, but it made me wary of the late night staff.

A lot to do in the area. Very enjoyable.

Very safe area and nice optics as well

The amenities could use a lot of work. A lot of things are old or just need to be revitalized. The kids room is shady. The gym is tiny. The only positive is that there are laundry units on every floor, which does come in handy.
