I found the Claremont to be generally unsanitary and frustrating.The walkway to throw out trash was covered in bird droppings with mice and roaches crawing everywhere. The inside was old and rundown. Management could have done alot better in being kind to their tenants.

Management was disorganized, lost my rent, knowingly provided false information to get more money out of me :/
